It is a Deep Tissue Massage or Therapeutic Massage. This treatment combines with Sports Massage Techniques and Myofascial Release Techniques, also uses many of the same techniques as Swedish Massage, but with a more intense pressure. This massage focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue, using slower strokes and deep pressure to release tension.

It is perfect for areas of Chronic tension, RSI and it benefits for breaking up Scar Tissue, Frozen Shoulders and all sorts of Sports Injuries (examples are - Lower Back Injury, Chronic Mid-Back Muscle Tension, Plantar Fasciitis, Sprained Ankle, Jumper's Knee, Hamstring Strain, Quadriceps Strain, IT Band Syndrome, Sciatica, Pirifomis Syndrome, Whiplash, Rotator Cuff Injury, Tennis Elbow, Golfer's Elbow, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome...,). It benefits for caused by Stress too.

3. Holistic Foot and Leg Massage/45 minutes/£28

This treatment uses Swedish Massage techniques to relax on Lower Limbs and Feet. Especially this treatment is for the tired legs and aching feet.

4. Indian Head Massage/30 minutes/£20

   Indian Head Massage/45 minutes/£28

Indian Head Massage relaxes and stimulating tension in muscle tissue around the head, face, neck, shoulders and arms. This helps removes stress, anxiety and flushes toxins from the body. It also improves skin tone, increase mobility in the upper body and enhances concentration.

5. Heaven Massage/60 minutes/£35

The treatment uses 2 different massage techniques to release tensions around upper back, shoulder, scalp, lower legs and feet which are Indian Head Massage and Lower Leg and Foot Massage (Combines with Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage). This treatment gives you a great feeling after the treatment. It will relax you fully and helps eliminates stress, tired feeling and anxiety.

Guest Pamper Treatment

Usually the Guest Pamper Treatment takes place before or after the wedding so guests can wear comfortable clothing.  

The treatments are Indian Head Massage and Foot & Lower Leg Massage and it will last about 15 - 30 minutes. 

For both treatments, the client remains fully clothed whilst the treatment is performed but I personally recommend that use one of our luxurious pre-blended aromatherapy oils for shoulders and neck.

I can do a maximum of 10 guests in 3 - 5 hours. But I will tailor the service to your requirements.

What’s Swedish Massage?

 Swedish massage is the most commonly known massage. It is often called "Holistic massage". 

It concentrates on treating the whole person and the cause rather than just the symptoms.

The massage is a combination of various movements used to manipulate tissues for both local and overall effects and benefits. 

Swedish massage aims to relax body and mind.

What is Deep Tissue Massage?

This is a Therapeutic treatment and combines with Sports Massage Techniques and Deep Tissue Myofascial Release Techniques. Also uses Swedish Massage Techniques but with a more intense pressure.

The technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles not with the grain.

Deep tissue massage helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage.

However, if the massage is done correctly you should feel better than ever within a day or two.

what are the benefits of Deep Tissue Massage?

 Indian Head Massage is a treatment involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face as well as Chakra balancing.

The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints.

The benefits of the Indian Head Massage is a general feeling of wellbeing, calmness and relaxation. Dispersal of toxins from tense and knotted muscles. Improve circulatory and lymphatic system.  

It also helps relieves Mental tiredness/anxiety/stress/ fatigue. Tension headaches/scalp tension. Insomnia. Neck and shoulders stiffness/RSI. Hair loss/thinning.                                

What does it involve?                                            

1. A consultation is carried out on the first visit which will last about 10 minutes during which any concerns can be raised by the client including sensitive areas to be avoided.

2. The client sits on a chair for the treatment.  The lovely thing about this treatment is that it can be done anywhere - only requiring a chair - making it an ideal treatment for the corporate environment.

3. The client remains fully clothed with or without oil whilst the treatment is performed. I personally recommend that use one of our luxurious pre-blended aromatherapy oils for on your shoulders and neck area. For the scalp, only uses oil at your request. Treatment will last 15-30minutes.

Prices are £10 /person/15 minutes and £20 /person/30 minutes.
